DON’T WORRY. IT’S ALREADY TAKEN CARE OF
Ever notice that despite everything you have ever worried about, you are still here today? Things may not be exactly as you desire, but, you still had all of your needs met. Practice being present. Train yourself to focus on the fact that you are OK this moment, opposed to making yourself feel unsettled about what may come. The future is always a guess. If you habitually project into the future, you will never have peace in the present. Instead, focus your mind to concentrate on all that is good for you this moment, no matter how small. This will give you peace.
